Thanks for you comment. It’s sad to hear of your experience.

I’m curious though, why didn’t you want to get the information through the distributor? Network marketing companies tend to be structured that way. It is still no excuse for treating you poorly.

Well I tried the wand & wanted more information on it from the company (not the distributor), so I called the company to ask some very simple questions.

I was met with rudeness & the guy constantly telling me to go back to the distributor.

When I asked to speak to a manager, he put me on hold for 15 minutes, then came back & said there wasn’t one around, just go to the site & read the info pages.

I was shocked at how I was treated, so I tried to find some way to get in touch with someone higher up. Their site showcases all their higher ups, but they don’t let you contact any of them.

I e-mailed their customer service 4 days ago & of course no response.

People need to hear how this company really treats potential customers & distributors, not just all the positive.
